These matching desks replaced an old, sagging set from Ikea with a new set that is probably sturdy enough to support a car. The tops are 1 3/4” solid cherry that should age to a beautiful red color. The legs are constructed of welded steel tubing with a steam-bent cherry accent piece.

#206 Shoe Rack Bench
Art and functionality came together in this design. A need for additional shoe storage and organization prompted this project that doubles as an entryway bench. It is custom-designed and constructed of solid cherry with maple details. CNC machining was utilized to form the shape of the end-pieces and maple arcs. The bench top features a concave profile with rounded edges to provide a comfortable seating surface. Finish is Danish Oil with several protective coats of polyurethane.

#401 Triangle Plant Stand
This one began as a shelf for the Corner Table that just didn’t look quite right in its intended position. The wooden triangle sat around for a while until the idea was hatched that it would look great on top of some curved metal legs. Although the final product is plenty strong to support a person sitting on it, it will most likely be put to use supporting a flower pot.

Always looking to make something with a unique look, this table was designed to fit in a specific corner of the house. Assembled primarily in Red Oak using mortise and tenon joinery, this light but sturdy table will last for many years. Finish is polyurethane over Danish Oil.
